Doddie Aid Dook Information

The Doddie Aid Dook on 1st January is a bracing way to kickstart Doddie Aid and blow away any cobwebs from the night before.
How does it work?
Groups of Doddie Aid participants organise their own meetups with friends and family to go for a dook (swim) on or around New Year's Day. They often share their efforts on social media tagging the Doddie Aid social media accounts and encouraging their friends to join Doddie Aid too!

Participants enter the water at their own risk and are urged to only take part if they have read appropriate guidance and if it is safe to do so.
